About Us
The Play Palace is run and owned by me Rhiannon. I have two children my son Ben is 4 years old and my daughter Mya is 2 years old. I started The Play Palace in 2008 to enable me to care for my children whilst maintaining an income. My career previously involved working with children, young people and families. I have worked as part of a community development team, for social services, education and youth services. I have arranged many events during my career and now enjoy transphering the skills I have learnt previously to my own business.
It is really important to me that my customers are happy and feel asured that their equipment meets their needs. I buy the best quality equipment I can afford, I chose equipment based on my experience of having and working with children, I clean all my equipment, I sterilise the plastic balls for example as I know many of my customers are teething and the first thing they do is place them in their mouths, I also confirm all my bookings by email and phone so as to give my customers piece of mind, all my equipment is insured, risk assessed and meets health and saftey requirements. These things make The Play Palace special and I hope you too will feel that way too.
