To enter your booking in the diary I will require:
Your chosen package (please remember we do not transport bouncy castles upstairs unless a lift is available)
Your venue address
The times of your event / party (please allow an hour for setting up)
A contact number for you (to confirm your booking a few days prior)
Your email address so I can email your booking confirmation & deposit request
I will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please call if your require a reply sooner, however if you call Friday or during the weekend it is likely I will not respond until the start of the week as this is my busiest period.
All bookings require payment in full within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email.
Please state your party date & name in which the party is booked as a reference.
Should you need to cancel for any reason could you please let us know as soon as possible.
When we have received payment we will post notification to our facebook & twitter pages, so please look out for your notification.
Don't worry if you you don't see a notification right away we always aim to post within two days of receiving payment, but if you would like us to check sooner just ask.
